3+ years of strong International outbound sales background.
The candidate should be passionate towards tele sales and International sales
Learning about prospect clients and finding innovative ways to engage them to drive sales.
Taking ownership and must be positive and self-motivated to face challenges to convert leads to sales.
Excellent phone conversation skills, active listening and writing skills.
Should be good in developing rapport and building reputation with prospect clients.
Excellent native communicator to describe about the service to prospect clients to convert leads to sales.
Open to collaborate with leaders to drive KPI's and generate sales growth.
To be open to identify and address prospects concerns during sales process.
Understand client needs and explain the service benefits according to their needs.
Expertise in converting leads to follow-up till closure.
Consistently perform effective outbound sales on daily basis in line with targets committed.
Around 3+ years experience in an INTERNATIONAL OUTBOUND TELEPHONIC SALES CALLING experience in IT or BPO industry. NO customer service / inbound experience.
Ability to work under tight schedules and targets.
Excellent attitude and a go getter.
It is selling property and tax reduction services.
